Blue Owl Card (TPV Tic Tac Toe Challenge)

Have you ever participating in a crafty Tic Tac Toe challenge?  Well, let me just say that they are loads of fun!

The Paper Variety is hosting one right now.  Go check it out HERE!  You still have a couple days to participate.  I did, and i decided to go diagonal towards the upper right corner.

My challenge was to include stitching, use 2 border punches and emboss.

So let's see what i created:

I made this card for little Tristan who is having his 1st birthday party tomorrow!  He's the little fellow you can see on some of my layouts - his mother is kind enough to let me scrapbook pictures of him :)


Here, behind the cute little owl, you can see the embossed background i made with my Cuttlebug.  I also embossed the chipboard star seen below.

I used border punches from both Martha Stewart and Fiskar.   And the stitching was all done by hand :)
