Together All Bundled Up (December SOS Stash DT Reveal)

Today is my turn to share with you my take on the new Scrap Our Stash challenge for December!

This challenge, which went live on December 1st right HERE on the SOS blog,

offers this beautiful photo as inspiration.

The challenge is to create a layout using this photo to inspire you. 

It can be anything from color, theme, food, using circles on your layout , etc… 

ANYthing that inspires you!! There is one rule.

 You must use something from your stash that sparkles - glitter, bling, sequins, glitter paint, stickles, etc.

Winter is one of my favorite seasons to scrapbook as 

I love all the shine and sparkle that usually comes with snowflakes, 

and goodness knows we have plenty of those in eastern Canada where I live! 

Looking at the image inspired this layout featuring a picture of my boyfriend and I being all warm and cozy during a sunny Winter stroll which, obviously, ended with a hot cup of cocoa with marshmallows - yum!

  

Along with the SOS photo inspiration challenge, 

I was also inspired by the current Bo Bunny sketch challenge:

I wanted to bring out the beautiful colors of the SOS photo so I used one of my all-time fave 

Bo Bunny collections, Snowfall, with its stunning glittery papers 

along with metal trinkets and glitter-coated brads from that same line. 

 

I fussy cut some circles from the Bo Bunny papers and popped them up on my page,

inspired by the Christmas ornaments and the cups on the photo.
