From double-pages to single-pages, I've created them all with
the May Main Kit from My Creative Scrapbook!

This single-page is of my friend Nathalie's little boy Tristan.

I love the vintage chipboard elements from the Homespun collection!

I colored the American Craft Thickers with copic to make them blue to match my layout.

I've started sharing with you my creations with the May Main Kit from My Creative Scrapbook.

You know how i love double-page layouts, and the MCS members love them too i'm told.  That's why i always make sure to create at least 2 double-pages with each kit i work with.  

This is my 2nd double-page using pictures of Yves and i during our first Summer together.  Our love was blooming and already i knew that i would want to be with him forever. :)

I love the blend of colours on this layout... the red, yellow and black go so well together.

 

And how about that chipboard typewriter from the Simple Stories Homespun chipboard set?

I've been really busy with the Main kit the past couple weeks, creating 8, yes 8 projects that I will share with you throughout the next few days.

Let's start with my favorite... a double-page layout using family pictures of my friends and their little girls, Celeste and Jade.

I love how this double-page turned out... the blend of papers from the Simple Stories' Homespun was just perfect to accentuate these beautiful pictures.

My Creative Scrapbook kits are always filled with embellishments, this one being no exception: Simple Stories chipboard, cardstock stickers, bits n' pieces as well as Studio Calico badges and butterfly stickers, American Crafts Thickers and Prima flowers.

I even used some of the packaging to make my own tag, as seen in the image above.

News from my 2 Design Teams!

Yes, i know that i'm late in wishing you a Happy interNational Scrapbooking Day!

I really meant to do it yesterday but i was so busy blog hoppin' and getting inspired by all the fabulous creations and giveaways being shared that i didn't even have time to scrapbook myself.  I vowed that i would make up for it on Sunday.

And now, here i am, 8:20pm on Sunday and i haven't been able to scrapbook yet.  But i had a good excuse... i spent some good quality time with family and that is always nice :)

So hopefully you all have had a very wonderful and creative day yesterday, whether it be in practice or in theory like me.

I've got wonderful news from both Design Teams that i am currently on.
